    Description

    Our client, an Executive Search firm, are looking for a Team Assistant to provide administrative support to the team in various areas of the business such as general office running, marketing and events. We are looking for a switched-on individual who can maintain a fair workload whilst delivering tasks to an impeccable standard. This role will suit someone who is eager to carve out a career within a support role. Collaborative and supportive environment with 4 days working from home.

    Responsibilities will include:

    • Support the Research Team with search related admin activities such as formatting CVs and client and candidate interviews scheduling
    • Organise clients and staff events and manage attendance at conferences
    • Coordinate all marketing and branding activities, such as conferences banners, client presentations and other documents
    • Manage company's website, LinkedIn job posts and WordPress page
    • Manage all suppliers' relationships, subscriptions and contracts Manage IT and telephone systems to ensure the efficient and smooth-running operation and project manage any changes
    • General office administration including, answering incoming calls and general oversight of the company's database and e-filing system
    • Organise staff birthday and leaving cards and gifts ​​​​
    • ​​​Any other ad hoc tasks and projects and occasional support to the MP

    What we are looking for:

    • Similar experience in a support role ​​
    • ​​​​​Well organised and possess the ability to retain a keen attention to detail whilst working under pressure
    • A high degree of initiative, flexibility and proactivity required to provide an efficient service to the team
    • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
    • Able to demonstrate the capability to prioritise their workload with a view to meeting demanding deadlines
    • Efficient problem solver
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (in particular PowerPoint)
