Robert Half Financial Services, are working with a global firm helping them find a Sales Contract Specialist

REMOTE role for a 612month role. Pay up to £43,000.

In this role, you shall sit with the global operations and sales team, contributing to business development objectives by managing the contracting process from start to finish.

Can work 100% remote.

Role

You shall be responsible for drafting new contracts and renegotiating existing contracts ensuring the terms and license parameters meet the needs of the client and sales team while also complying with organisational standards and protocol.

As Sales Contract Specialist

Remote, some of your responsibilities will include:
Manage the end-to-end process for contracts renewals, renegotiating where required
Work with sales teams to draft new business contracts in accordance with internal policies which meet sales teams and client needs
Exercise judgement throughout the contract drafting and negotiation process to resolve issues and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley controls.
Facilitate any subsequent changes or adjustments requested by Sales or Client and use discretion in determining course of action.
Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including Finance, Legal, Billing to review complex contracts to define specific deliverables, terms, or other contractual elements related to new sales.
Maintain accurate client data on Salesforce and other systems, ensure pricing and allocations are correct, and document pertinent transaction details.

Requires experience and qualifications

Minimum 2 years' experience in a role focused on contract management and negotiation
Experience working with a CRM system is highly desirable. Preferably Salesforce, Apttus or similar.
Relevant degree

Company
An international Financial Services firm, with headquarters in the US.

Salary & Benefits
Between £35,000 to £43,000 or equivalent hourly rate depending on experience.

Remote working with occasional meetings in London office.

London/Manchester/Edinburgh offices but mostly REMOTE WORKING.
