Working Monday - Friday 08:30am - 17:00pm and a starting salary ofup to £40,000 you will be an integral part of the logistics team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the Warehouse and Logistics teams through the structure of supervisors, whilst maintaining stock control systems and ensuring inventories are accurate.
Ensure all productivity targets are met or exceeded.
Organise the recruitment, training and development of staff, as well as monitor staff performance and progress, and carry out PDRs as required.
Work closely with the QHSE Manager to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, hygiene, and security in the work environment

Skills and Attributes:

Years experience in a fastpaced next day delivery Warehouse and Logistics environment.
Experience within managment.
Knowledge of the legal requirements of operating within a Warehouse and Logistics environment.
Excellent planning and organisational skills.
The ability to work to tight deadlines.
