    We're seeking a Technical Operations Manager to spearhead our Tech Ops team, focusing on network design, hardware provision, and ensuring seamless service delivery for our cutting-edge system.

    This role, based in Oxford with remote working options, reports directly to the Head of Operations.
    Serve as the technical authority, ensuring compliance with standards and driving hardware improvements.

    • Lead resolution of level 2/3 Customer Support issues within SLAs.
    • Collaborate with Field Services Team and contractors to support installation and maintenance.
    • Proficiency in server/firewall/switch/UPS configuration, PoE, and IP addressing/routing.
    • Familiarity with server operating systems, Linux, and Android devices.
    • Understanding of IT security, firewalls, and data privacy.
    • Experience in computer networking and technical activities.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google G Suite.
    • Previous customerfacing experience and a full UK driving license.
    Flexible, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
