    ROLE OVERVIEW:

    They are seeking a highly experience and dynamic Head of Litigation to lead their clients litigation department. As a Head of Litigation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the firms litigation strategy, overseeing a team of talented solicitors, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional legal services to a diverse client range.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and success of the litigation department.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of Litigators, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
    • Manage complex litigation matters from inception to resolution, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and objectives.
    • Stay abreast of legal developments and industry trends, providing valuable insights to the firm and its clients.
    • Collaborate with other departments within the firm to leverage resources and expertise in support of client objectives.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum of 8 years experience practicing law with a focus on Litigation.
    • Proven track record of success managing complex litigation matters.
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation and advocacy skills.
    • Demonstrated commitment to integrity, professionalism and ethical conduct.
