    Their specialists work with clients across a range of industries and offer solutions and training that cover a number of challenges including Mergers & Acquisitions, Supply Chain, Trade Union agreements and more.

    Operating in over 50 countries and with over 600 clients, they have created this new position of Resource Manager to effectively and efficiently manage the Project Managers and teams with planning and allocating resources to ensure capacity is being maximised and project needs are being met. You will be working collaboratively with the business to deliver successful people deployment solutions, making sure they have the right people for the right projects, at the right time.

    As this is a newly created role, it will be an initial 12 month contract with the potential to go permanent. it reports into the Global Head of Operations and will work closely with all stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication across the resourcing of Consultants driving efficient workflows.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Maintaining up to date knowledge of where resource is allocated
    • Designing and implementing processes that maintain workflow solutions that support a hybrid workforce
    • Time Recording
    • First point of contact for all resource requirements
    • Monitor project progress troubleshoot potential issues and implement solutions
    • Ensure a well-organised and efficient workspace
    • Use resourcing metricsand KPIs to inform decision making

    Key skills & Experience required:

    • Proven experience in a Resource Management role within a Professional Services firm
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure
    • Comfortable and effective working in a fast paced and changing environment
    • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic mindset
    • An ability to build effective relationships with an number of key stakeholders across the business and influence decision making
