File Handler - Employers Liability / Public Liability - Greater Manchester - Up to £35,000 salary - REF 540738TLB
The Role
Due to the development and continued growth of the firm's personal injury department, they are now seeking a paralegal to run a case load of EL and PL files.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling cases either involving employers liability / public liability or if you have RTA experience and looking for a change then this is a great opportunity.
You will be responsible for running a case load from initial instruction to investigate liability and quantum, taking witness statements and instructions, reviewing complex disclosure, making offers and negotiating settlement, and instructing counsel to take cases to trial.
