As technology leader we are on track with the technology drivers, such as Artificial Intelligence, Data-driven decision making and business process flexibility. As part of our System Architects and our AI, Data and Architecture Team, you ensure that our business needs and architectural strategy are synchronized and aligned with upcoming technologies. To do so, you are working hand in hand with our Data Architects, AI Specialists, Process Owners, Business Analysts, and our Development Teams. In this position, you will ensure that ROSEN adheres to industry regulations and internal protocols from a standards and compliance perspective. Your responsibilities include establishing and maintaining standards that enhance the organization's effectiveness and efficiency. You will support teams in business process analysis and transformation, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization to enhance ROSEN's competitive flexibility and integration between business and technology. As a Process Architect at ROSEN Group, you will advance our capabilities in business process automation and orchestration - currently based on Camunda. You take Ownership about these solutions and process infrastructure which also require dealing with external companies such as Cloud and SaaS providers. Responsibilities:
    • Architectural Leadership: Lead the development of business process automation and orchestration strategies, set standards and ensure architectural compliance within our development teams. Ensure process alignment and integration across the organization and maintain relevant documentation
    • Process Mining: Analyze and access existing business processes to create transparency, identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Initialize and steer process mining initiatives to ensure that results are beneficial for our Workflow and Algorithm teams and provide business benefits
    • Process Design: Guide design and redesign of business processes using industry-specific methodologies and tools for maximum efficiency, employing BPMN for process execution on process engines like Camunda. Develop process models, workflows, and documentation to visualize proposed changes and collaborate with cross-functional teams
    • Technology Ownership: Work with IT teams to align technology solutions with optimized business processes. Recommend and integrate technology tools and platforms that support process improvements
    • Proof of concepts: Identify business or technology gaps and opportunities and implement first approaches up to a Proof of concept and pitch these to stakeholders, decision makers and management
    • AI, Data and Architecture: Drive decisions together with our AI Specialist, Data and System Architects. Develop strategies and solutions for the integration of AI and Deep Learning technologies in partnership with experts and product managers

    What you bring along

    To bemone part of the ROSEN family , you convince with an independent, structured, responsible and team-oriented way of working. Moreover, you should bring with you:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in process architecture, business process management and automation (BPM/A), or a related field
    • Strong knowledge of BPMN for process execution and experience in developing process models, workflows, and documentation also for orchestration
    • Strong knowledge of BPM and BPA tools, as well as process engines like Camunda
    • Proficiency in data analysis and process mining with established toolkits and Python
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work hand in hand with Data and System Architects, AI Specialists, Process Owners, Business Analysts, and Development Teams
    • Innovation-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and staying on top of the latest technology trends.
    • Professional German and English language skills
