Our clients, a well-respected independent estate agency, are seeking an ambitious and professional Trainee/Lettings Negotiator to join their busy Norwich team.

This role would suit a sales-focused individual who is looking to forge a long-term career in the property industry.

Responsibilities for the successful Trainee/Lettings Negotiator:

Matching ideal tenants to each property
Conducting viewings
Managing a busy diary
Completing registration and reference paperwork
Negotiating and completing lets
Dealing with any maintenance issues
Canvass new business

To be considered for the Trainee/Lettings Negotiator:

Ideally a minimum of 12 months of experience within the Lettings Industry
Career minded approach
A team player, but with individual flair
Full UK Driver's License
Customer focused
ARLA qualified preferred

Working hours:

Monday-Friday 9.00 am5:00 pm (depending on viewings)
Saturdays on a rota basis 9.00 am1.00 pm

Salary/Package:

Up to £19,500 basic salary
There will also be an element of commission to be made.
