- Advising on fund formation, structuring, and regulation across various asset classes (private equity, real estate, infrastructure, etc.)
- Assisting with fundraising activities for private funds
- Drafting and negotiating fund documentation
- Providing legal advice on fund investments and exits
- Working closely with partners and other team members to deliver exceptional client service
- You are a qualified solicitor in England and Wales with a strong academic background.
- You have 3-7 years of PQE specializing in funds with a proven track record of success.
- You have excellent knowledge of the relevant regulations governing private funds.
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You are a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
