- Proven experience in sourcing, supplier auditing, or compliance management.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to ethical sourcing and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working with suppliers in diverse geographic regions and cultural backgrounds.

About The Role
As a Sourcing Specialist at Wren Kitchens, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and ethical standards of our supply chain. You will be responsible for sourcing new products and suppliers, auditing and onboarding new suppliers to ensure compliance with the Wren Supplier Code of Conduct, and mitigating risks related to modern slavery, fraud, human trafficking, bribery, and corruption. This role requires a keen understanding of ethical sourcing practices, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
