- Maintain a safe, structured and secure homely environment for children.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children.
- Provide leadership and direction to staff work in partnership with other professionals.
- Monitor and evaluate activities to ensure they are meeting desired outcomes.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure that all staff are informed of changes in policies and procedures.

- Experience in residential childcare: 1 year (required)
- Managerial or supervisory experience within residential childcare: 1 year (required)
- Full UK Driving Licence (required)
- Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People Workforce (required)
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (required)

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience as a Registered Manager or and a deep understanding of children and young people in care. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring that all safety regulations are met, and providing guidance and support to staff members.
