    Mason Frank are proud to be partnering with a non-profit organization based in the Midlands who are looking to recruit an experienced Salesforce Manager, a newly created role which reflects their recent investment in the Salesforce platform.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Support the implementation of large and small developments and improving operational efficiencies with the Salesforce platform
    2. Design, operate, and integrate Salesforce systems to enable efficiencies in key areas of the business, such as review licensing structures.
    3. Provide coaching in best practices for Salesforce administration and implementation to enhance user experience
    4. Use Salesforce automation to streamline processes
    5. Regular stakeholder engagement to capture requirements from the business, facilitate process analysis and develop innovative salesforce solutions
    6. Support implementation of new Salesforce instance
    7. Day-to-day Salesforce administration, identifying areas for improvements and implementing new processes.
    8. Overall responsibility for Salesforce instance

    Experience required

    • In-depth experience with the Salesforce platform ideally gained in a Salesforce administration, platform manager and or Salesforce development role
    • Advanced Salesforce administration skill set, configuration, building custom solutions and system implementation
    • Salesforce declarative development experience
    • Excellent communication
