- Support the implementation of large and small developments and improving operational efficiencies with the Salesforce platform
- Design, operate, and integrate Salesforce systems to enable efficiencies in key areas of the business, such as review licensing structures.
- Provide coaching in best practices for Salesforce administration and implementation to enhance user experience
- Use Salesforce automation to streamline processes
- Regular stakeholder engagement to capture requirements from the business, facilitate process analysis and develop innovative salesforce solutions
- Support implementation of new Salesforce instance
- Day-to-day Salesforce administration, identifying areas for improvements and implementing new processes.
- Overall responsibility for Salesforce instance
- In-depth experience with the Salesforce platform ideally gained in a Salesforce administration, platform manager and or Salesforce development role
- Advanced Salesforce administration skill set, configuration, building custom solutions and system implementation
- Salesforce declarative development experience
- Excellent communication
