Meraki Talent are supporting with the permanent hire of a Deputy Head of Corporate Tax paying £80,000 - £100,000 plus a fantastic benefits package including excellent bonus potential.


The Opportunity
The role of Deputy Head of Corporate Tax is a newly developed position e based in Edinburgh.

It presents the opportunity to join one of the biggest companies within the financial services arena that has an outstanding reputation for talent acquisition and retention due to it's highly evolving, inclusive and flexible culture.


The key components of the role will include:

  • Business partnering with senior and high-profile stakeholders both internally & externally
  • Hiring, training and development of the corporate tax team
  • Liaising and partnering with other internal functions including BAU finance, compliance, treasury, legal etc.
  • Involvement in high value projects including strategic planning, mergers, acquisitions, continuous improvement and operational optimisation
