Job Overview
Fintelligent have partnered with a successful c. £150m t/o Technology business.

Following a period of unprecedented growth our client is looking for a Management Accountant to support the Senior Management Team with Financial Reporting and Accountant Preparation.

The role will be based in Warrington with only 1 day per week in office. An exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing technology business with ample opportunity for career progression.


Main Duties

  • Assisting with cashflow forecasting and budgeting
  • VAT return submission, analysis and reconciliation
  • Month end processes including variance analysis
  • Supporting annual audit
  • Assist the production of monthly management accounts and reports
  • Responsible for the production of accruals and prepayments
  • Working with stakeholders to ensure robust financial controls
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements
  • Handling large volumes of data to conduct complex reconciliations

Person Specification

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA (Qualified or Partqualified)
  • A motivated individual with the ability to use your own initiative
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively with nonfinance
