Purpose of Job:
Provide a professional out of hours support function to the Group, reporting and facilitating responses to issues raised by customers, staff, and members of the public.
Principle Accountabilities:
Gather and collate information on issues or complaints raised, escalating as required. Ensure that the on-call log is kept up-to-date, producing daily reports and collating data for KPI reporting.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Take incoming calls from customers and staff regarding operational issues that occur on site.
- Administration supporting the training department,
- Sentinel system for booking and changing training
- Admin for the audits of the staff for training
- Complete and circulate periodic worksite reports from managed sites.
- Collate call data for periodic KPIs (leading and lagging).
Required Experience, Knowledge, Qualifications and Training:
- Ability to deal with callers on the telephone, building rapport and remaining composed under pressure.
- A focus on quality, customer service and doing the right thing.
- Strong problem solving and decisionmaking abilities, able to find practical solutions to issues as they arise.
- Organised, with strict attention to detail.
- Experience managing conflicting deadlines with excellent time management skills.
- Confident IT user, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Outlook and Word).

£12.50-£14.50 per hour
