Purpose of Job:

Provide a professional out of hours support function to the Group, reporting and facilitating responses to issues raised by customers, staff, and members of the public.


Principle Accountabilities:
Gather and collate information on issues or complaints raised, escalating as required. Ensure that the on-call log is kept up-to-date, producing daily reports and collating data for KPI reporting.


Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Take incoming calls from customers and staff regarding operational issues that occur on site.
  • Administration supporting the training department,
  • Sentinel system for booking and changing training
  • Admin for the audits of the staff for training
  • Complete and circulate periodic worksite reports from managed sites.
  • Collate call data for periodic KPIs (leading and lagging).

Required Experience, Knowledge, Qualifications and Training:

  • Ability to deal with callers on the telephone, building rapport and remaining composed under pressure.
  • A focus on quality, customer service and doing the right thing.
  • Strong problem solving and decisionmaking abilities, able to find practical solutions to issues as they arise.
  • Organised, with strict attention to detail.
  • Experience managing conflicting deadlines with excellent time management skills.
  • Confident IT user, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Outlook and Word).

Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm


Salary:
£12.50-£14.50 per hour
