Qualified Social Worker - Cheshire West & Chester Council - Adult Safeguarding Team - Negotiable Pay


We are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated team player to join our welcoming, experienced, and proactive Adult Safeguarding Team in Adult Social Care.

Working in line with the Care Act 2014 in the role of Social Worker, flexing into a hybrid role.


The team support the local authority's responsibility for carrying out section 42 enquiries where the person alleged to have caused harm is a paid member of staff within the Cheshire West and Chester area.

Working in partnership with other agencies to achievethe best outcome for our service users is crucial and you will work alongside many professionals including Health colleagues, Police, Housing, Occupational Therapy, Physio, Community Mental Health and more.


The Adult Safeguarding Team sits in the Adult Safeguarding Unit along with the Mental Capacity Team and the Local Adult Safeguarding Board team.
