- Support the FP&A function in providing robust financial analysis to enable the function to support senior management and the leadership team
- Help the FP&A team translate project level inputs into its Group budgets and forecasts
- Facilitate the management of the budget and forecast data within the core financial systems
- Work with managers to forecast potential CAPEX spend per project
- Play a role as a key communicator between finance and other teams across the organisation
- Help lead the change in standardisation of monthly reporting techniques of the FP&A team
- Assist in preparation of board and management packs for the leadership team as required
- Assist the FP&A Director and Head of FP&A and wider business with any ad-hoc analysis as required
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified professional with 0 – 2 years post qualified experience
- Experience with business intelligence tools
- Experience to be able to translate complex data for non-financial audience
- Ability to apply critical thinking to financial scenario modelling
- Prior FP&A experience and headcount tracking experience and overheads would be beneficial
- Highly organised individual with the ability to work on several projects at once
- Able to work efficiently and effectively under the pressure of tight deadlines
- An excellent communicator with the ability to tell a story and go beyond the analysis
- Strong investigatory and analytical approach with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid team player with a collaborative working style
- Problem solving and proactive attitude
- Fluency in English is essential
