- Collaborating with others to influence policy and implement effective working practices and changes that continuously improve HR operations
- You'll manage the site recruitment strategy/process, providing support and advice to line managers
- You will provide support to central and support programs to ensure best in class performance
- Identifying and addressing key business challenges, aligning HR to deliver effective solutions
- Managing and ensuring effective industrial relations, ensuring an ongoing and constructive dialogue/meeting structure is undertaken
- Management of the Apprenticeship program
- You will hold the site HR and training budget
- Experience within an FMCG environment
- Proficiency in performance management techniques
- Experience of advising line managers and problem solving across a full range of HR activities
- Understanding of HR and Payroll IT systems
- Ability to identify training needs

This brand is well known and loved by many across the country.Our leading FMCG client is on the search for an experienced HR Manager to join their manufacturing site in East London.
Specifically, they're looking for a HR Manager who can help their people deliver amazing products every day, and help build a sustainable, successful business that continues to wow their stakeholders.
As part of the HR Leadership Team, you'll work closely with the wider HR team (L&D, Comms, Engagement and Operational), a broad range of stakeholders at your site, and external Trade Unions.
