- Reporting into a Senior PM/ Contracts Manager
- Attendance of meetings on-site
- Manage and oversee projects from start until completion, ensuring the work is completed on time
- Responsible for
- Dealing with sub - contractors
- Responsible for QA works for the electrical packages.
- Produce RAMS & Progress reports to report to the sub - contractor/client
- SMSTS/ ECS Black Card is needed
- Working for a M&E sub - contractor is preferred
- Has experience within Commercial or Data Centre projects
- Previous experience as a Mechanical lead
- Stable CV
- Must have a good understanding of full mechanical package
- Must have a good understanding of all paperwork, RFI's tech subs etc
