As Internal Account Manager, you will primarily look after prestigious customer accounts with a focus on continually growing the accounts whilst providing excellent customer service along the way.

The ideal person for this role will be resilient, have a strong desire to nurture and grow client accounts with a hunter mentality mindset, eager and driven to contribute toward company growth and success.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing one of the company's biggest accounts with bigname brands
Proficient use of internal CRM system, making amendments and updating client accounts
Build lasting relationships with suppliers, purchasers, clients, and surrounding departments
Manage all correspondence of the account prioritising tasks
Delivering an outstanding level of service to the client
Understanding the client's needs and ensuring they are met
Always deliver an excellent level of service
