In the role of Swim Teacher, you will be key to supporting all of our objectives and in many ways.
This will start with ensuring our customers of all ages are getting the best swimming lesson possible.A full training programme will be provided and for those that want to go further, we will work with you to develop a career path with us.

RequirementsTo teach swimming to children and/or adults as part of the Leisure Centre's swimming lesson programme, according to qualification, training and experienceTo communicate with the children's parents/guardians concerning their development, and advise on their progression through the programmeTo assist in the supervision of customers in the swimming pool and surrounds, ensuring their safety and disciplineExcellent communication skills with a genuine desire to work closely with customersAn ability to deal with children and their parentsLevel 2 Swim Teaching qualification however training can be providedDBS checkBenefitsWe want you to love coming to work, feeling healthy, happy and valued.
