- 10+ years, hands-on experience architecting and implementing software
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience

BAM is looking for an experienced technologist to help define the architecture for our trading and technology platforms and enhance the scalability and integrity of our software and cloud infrastructure as a member of our new Core Engineering team.
The primary focus will be to partner with portfolio management and technology teams, evangelizing architecture standards, and applying cloud best practices. You'll be responsible for driving the evolution of our systems and overseeing the delivery and software and infrastructure enhancements. You will work closely with our DevOps, Cloud and Infrastructure teams to ensure we are utilizing best in breed technologies across the stack.

With respect to NY- and CA-based applicants, the starting base pay range for this role is between $180000 and $250000 annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, business needs and market demands. This role may also be eligible for bonus compensation and employee benefits.
