Electronic Engineer (Energy sector)

Salary:

up to £50,000Location: KentMy client is experiencing a continued expansion across their business, and so has a position for an Electronic Engineer to join the team.

They work within the energy sector, designing and manufacturing power and control systems.
You will be working in a small team of multidisciplined engineers, maintaining existing modules, and designing new products.

Responsibilities include designing modules for their multiplex bus system, electronic support for their off-grid product range, developing low-level firmware, PCB layout and schematic capture.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or HND in Electronic EngineeringAnalogue and digital circuit designExperience in designing PCBs containing sensitive analogue, arm processors and power componentsKnowledge of design for EMC complianceExperienced in designing switch mode power suppliesKnowledge of hardware interfacesComponent level test and fault findingElectronic circuit building and basic wiringDesirables:Embedded programmingEthernet hardware and protocolsRTOS
