This is a new and exciting role that will be supporting the roll out of the Patients Know Best (PKB) service at UHNM.

Support the Patient Experience Team and PALS Officers in creating a philosophy of enhanced customer service culture to assist University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust to become the "hospital of choice".

The Administration Support will have an important role in supporting the provision of an efficient and confidential day-to-day PKB service for patients to the Trust.

Investigating and resolving all PKB user queries in a friendly and professional manner.

Act as a positive PKB ambassador, helping patients get the most out of their patient record and promote the use of digital solutions within the NHS and healthcare sector.
