- Undertake electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations in corporate office settings.
- Perform planned preventative maintenance tasks and respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and diagnostics to ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Maintain accurate records of work carried out and report any issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Qualified Electrician with relevant certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- Proven experience working as a Site Engineer, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
