Position:
Operation Administrator

Location:
Avonmouth

Contract Type:
Permanent

Shift pattern:
Predominately Monday to Friday, with some weekend work, rotational 6:00am - 14:00pm and 10:00am - 18:00pm

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

Preparation of delivery paperwork printing routes and risk assessments, collecting vehicle keys
Accurate and timely debrief of drivers
Collating standardised reports
General Transport admin paperwork

Now, here's what we need from you:

Strong IT skills are essential using Microsoft Office, Outlook and Teams
Can do attitude and a team player
Excellent communication skills
Strong admin skills, ideally from a similar role
Transport Admin Experience is desirable, but not essential
