    Venn Group has been approached by a Social Housing provider in Leeds to recruit for a Repairs Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis.

    Administrator
    Day to day duties will include:

    • Updating repairs tickets on the CRM
    • Backdating tickets to ensure completion of jobs
    • Booking in appointments with tenants
    • Updating spreadsheets, databases and inputting data
    • Raising POs & paying invoices
    • Uploading certificates
    • General administration duties

    Successful candidate must have:

    • Administration experience
    • Strong IT skills
