- Autonomous role with lots of flex A highly regarded, Legal 500 national law firm is looking for a Costs Manager to join its growing in-house costs team in an autonomous role supporting several key teams.
You will enjoy a city centre, national firm salary, plus the opportunity to boost your earnings significantly with a performance-related bonus, and fast track progression through the firm's open promotion scheme.
You'll have lots of responsibility and autonomy, managing matters from start to finish and having exposure to lots of stakeholders within the firm.
In the role, you will undertake a wide variety of costs work, including drafting bills of costs, replies, points of dispute and budgets, and negotiating on behalf of clients within contentious areas of the practice.
The firm is a top employer, having attracted several high-profile awards and accreditations. Team members get an enhanced annual leave allowance, plus office closure between Christmas and New Year and additional wellbeing days off.
