Description
Reed Scientific are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated analytical chemist for a full time permanent vacancy. The company is a highly prestigious company which undertakes exciting R&D, analysis and validation work.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Undertake routine analysis and sample checks in a timely manner in line with laboratory and customer requirements.
  • Ensure standard methods are undertaken in accordance with UKAS requirements.
  • Undertake research and development into new and improved methods of analysis, testing and procedure.
  • Troubleshoot laboratory equipment and perform quality checks in line with all accreditation criteria.
  • Accurate completion of quality control documentation
  • Conduct report write ups coherently.

What you need:


  • Undergraduate degree level in chemistry or a related discipline.
  • Experience working in a laboratory setting.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Selfmotivated individual.
