    Job Profile for Medical Equipment Engineers

    Broadly capable Equipment Engineers are urgently sought for a hugely successful supplier of specialist equipment used in medical applications – many are state of the art, computer-controlled devices and systems, both streamlined and ergonomically efficient.

    This business has secured an enviable reputation for excellence with many leading private medical practices, including Harley Street. The business is expanding strongly, but in a planned and developmental manner to ensure growth is maintained. Geographical coverage is extending beyond the South East of England, towards the Midlands areas of Birmingham, Staffordshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire.

    The role takes responsibility for turnkey installations as well as planned maintenance visits and is essentially vehicle-based using a fully equipped van.

    Positions exist for both experienced and trainee engineers in all locations and full product training, including mentoring and manufacturer training is provided.

    You will demonstrate existing experience of supporting a range of equipment, an eagerness to receive ongoing training and development, a desire to travel (both as part of your role and for training) and a confident manner both internally and in front of customers. Ex-military engineers and technicians have proven particularly successful in this role.
