- Mixing premium drinks and new cocktail recipes.
- Making infusions, syrups, tinctures, mixed drinks, and cocktails of all varieties to achieve customer orders and any special drinks requests within reason.
- Looking after and entertaining guests while creating beverages, talking to Members and Guests about spirits and offering fun facts and history about various alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to keep Members and Guests immersed, engaged, and enjoying themselves.
- Designing new drinks menu items - creating original drinks menu items and designing new, innovative cocktails using the ingredients that are already supplied by the Club.
- Taking orders, serving drinks and collect card payments.
- Maintaining alcohol inventory, keeping the bar stocked and fully supplied with alcohol.
- Completing inventory forms, replacing items as needed.
- Keeping the bar area clean, replenished, and organised, maintaining all hygiene and sanitisation standards of the Club and local food and beverage laws.
- Follow alcohol licensing laws and age restriction policies at all times, adhering to government laws & regulations regarding alcohol consumption by checking Member and Guest identification, when necessary, and stop serving Members or their Guests who have consumed too much alcohol.
- Making drink suggestions and recommendations.
- Performing all duties as required within the confines of the Club as directed by the General Manager to maximise the profitability and growth of the Club.
- Act in a highly professional and courteous manner at all times.
- Keep all Club business & HR information private and confidential.
- Inform the Directors of any information that may be detrimental to the Club.
- Promote the Club in a positive way and adhere to our organisational code of conduct at all times.
- Experienced mixologist (minimum of 5 years' experience).

Simon Acres Recruitment are excited to be working with a private members club based in the Pantiles, Tunbridge Wells who are seeking an experienced Mixologist to cater to private club members.
Paying:
A basic of between £25,000 - £26,000, plus a £5,000 incentivised bonus.
Working hours: 40 hours per week over shift patterns.
Opening hours:
Monday to Wednesday 8.000am – 7.00pm, Thursday – Friday 8.000am-11.00pm and Saturday (phone number removed)pm. Closed Sunday.
