The purpose of the role isto execute on our B2C lead generation activity as well as our B2C retention activities across our accountancy and umbrella brands. Skills, knowledge, and experience required
- Experience In B2C digital campaigns, including the use of marketing automation and CMS to create landing pages
- Ability to create user friendly buyer journeys
- Understanding of online payment systems to create digital buying journeys
- Experience and knowledge of retention campaigns
- Improve our (digital) buying journey for our prospects
- Measure satisfaction and NPS for our customers
- Own our digital reputation, particularly in Trustpilot and Google reviews
- Create referral campaigns
- Research and data analysis, defining key target audiences/ prospects
- A true support mechanism for the sales team
- Proficient at brand awareness campaigns
Essential requirements for the role
- Solid knowledge of B2C lead generation tools, marketing automation, landing pages etc
- Good understanding of UX requirements
Person Specification
- Excellent communicator, ability to work with different departments and people
- Creative mindset, ability to think outside of the box
- Proofreading capabilities
- Excellent understanding of the English language, written/ understanding/ verbal
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- A good grasp of IT confident using new CRM systems being productive in a short space of time
- Adaptability to work across different team when needed
- Methodical, great attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to work well in a pressurised environment
