    Operational HSE Manager

    Role Context:

    As the HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Operations Manager at Worley's Brentford office, you will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HSE management systems and practices across our operations. Leveraging your expertise and leadership skills, you will drive a strong safety culture, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and promote environmental stewardship within our organization.

    You'll be:
    • Providing advice, support, guidance and maintaining positive relationships, support, and guidance to Project Managers, HSE Managers, Advisors to enable them to support projects in a coherent and coordinated manner and ensuring client and business needs are understood and achieved throughout the lifecycle of the project.
    • Driving the implementation and adherence to the Worley HSE Management System to ensure project compliance, meet project deliverables and drive continuous improvement.
    • Providing continued support to project teams at bid stage by completing associated HSE estimate of hours, supporting associated write ups as part of the submission process in a timely manner.
    • Monitoring all aspects of project HSE performance for projects in own area by fostering a safety culture that embraces personal safety and monitoring current project work scopes and ensure HSE support is suitably resourced
    • Ensuring that project deliverables are implemented at the earliest opportunity such as Facility Siting Assessments, HSE Responsibility Assessments etc.
    • Driving rigor in event classification and management, contributing to the highest standards of reporting.
    • Implementing and monitoring HSE Team and individual development plans.
    • Supporting project assurance plans through conduct of assigned H&S assessments. Facilitate effective implementation of non-conformance, corrective action, and preventive action management processes.
    • the point of contact for 45001 & 14001 external audit and verification requirements.
    You'll have:
    • NEBOSH or IOSH recognized qualification or NVQ Diploma
    • Demonstratable experience in Project Management
    • IT skills i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    It would be great if you had:
    • Demonstratable experience in Assurance HSE
