North Cotswold Hospital has a dedicated Minor Injury and Illness unit that operates from 08:00-20:00, 7 days a week.Patient administrator shifts needed to cover 16:30 - 19:30 Monday to Friday
We are a forward thinking and dynamic unit dealing with a variety of minor injuries, illness, trauma and medicine.
If you have excellent communication and organisational skills, work well under pressure and are computer literate you will enjoy the challenge this position offers.

You must be able to deal with sensitive information and interact with patients to deal with their enquiries.
Prior experience of call handling, management and entering data into a number of systems is beneficial. Knowledge of SystmOne is an advantage but not essential.
