Lettings Coordinator

Our client is a well-known and established Property Management Company located in East London. We are recruiting for a Lettings Coordinator to become part of their integral lettings team. Parking and a great holiday package on offer. Duties will include;

  • Working as part of a team, maintaining over 1,000 AST and 200 PSL rental units with regards to rent reviews, benchmarking rents to the wider rental market
  • Negotiation with tenants to achieve the best possible rental income
  • Tenant vetting in accordance with current 'know your tenant' legislation
  • Tenant onboarding including contracts and associated documentation
  • Creation of tenancies on the MRI Qube property management system
  • Control and preparation of property licences including HMO and Selective licences
Desired Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in lettings and a working knowledge of rental pricing
  • Familiarity with Tenancy Agreements and rent negotiation
  • Experience with Qube desirable
