One Property Recruitment are proud to be partnered with an award winning managing agent who are now in search of a Team Lead to head up the Northwest operation.

My client oversee property & developments predominately Midlands & Southern areas of the country.

Due to their success and growthy, they are now keen to take over the market in Manchester & Liverpool areas.


When joining you will enhance the existing team, working alongside the Business Development Manager with handover of new business won.

You may have to manage the buildings in the interim. However, this is an excellent opportunity to build your own empire from the ground up


As the team grows in the Northwest, you will have no portfolio management and naturally adopt more of an operational role with emphasis on leadership, streamlining procedures and recruiting and expanding the team further.

This is a business with a culture like no other, they take only the best on the market


The role includes:

  • Effective portfolio management until handover to property management team
  • Recruiting new team members
  • Working closely with BDM to tender and win new business
  • Hold strong relationships with key stakeholders
