    We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to head up our 4 person marketing team and help bring WLL to the next level.

    Strategic Planning:

    You'll be in charge of developing and executing the overall marketing strategy that must be aligned with company goals and objectives.


    Campaign Management:
    Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns, across content, social media, nurturing, partners, ads, PR etc.

    Website Management:

    Manage the company's website, plan impactful changes to enhance user experience, consistency with product offering, and ensure optimal online presence.


    Brand Management:
    Build and maintain a strong brand presence, ensuring consistency in messaging, positioning & voice.

    Team Management:
    Lead and guide team members, overseeing their day-to-day activities, and ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.

    Facilitate professional development, set performance expectations, and drive a cohesive team effort to achieve collective success in meeting key objectives.

    Track and analyse key marketing metrics to continuously optimise marketing strategies.
    You're a generalist marketer with focus on digital marketing and passion for B2B SaaS marketing
    You can see the big picture, handling planning and strategy, but at the same time can manage marketing operations and oversee implementation
    You have superb understanding of inbound marketing, content strategy, SEO, SEM, lifecycle marketing, PR, email marketing, social media
    You're the perfect mix of creative and analytical. You're able to craft smart messaging but you also have a data-driven approach to decision making and measuring success
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing or other marketing education background
    ~ Proven experience (3+ years) in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in a start-up environment
    ~2+ years experience managing a team and both internal & external stakeholders (including freelancers and agencies)
    ~ Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns
    ~ Desired:
    experience with HubSpot CRM
