Due to continued growth, they are looking for an Operations Coordinator to ensure the day-to-day operations of the business run smoothly.

Providing administration for several specialist departments, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive operational support. You will also be working closely with the Senior Leadership Team in evaluating current systems and aligning business objectives.

Although primarily and administration & coordination role, you will need to be quite "techy".

We're not looking for a computer scientist, but someone who has the ability to troubleshoot & oversee the IT across all offices.


Key Responsibilities of the Operations Coordinator:

  • Set up new starters across IT systems and People platforms & train all members of staff in use of IT and equipment.
  • Responsible for all IT equipment & ensure that members of the team have the kit they need.
  • Liaise with equipment suppliers/providers to ensure hardware efficiency across all offices.
  • Troubleshooting any technical difficulties with equipment and escalating where required.
  • Set up desk layout for staff and complete DSE assessments
  • Identify and facilitate any essential H&S and First Aid training for staff in liaison with the Training Manager.
  • Ensure all staff, volunteers and students on placement receive building induction and are kept up to date of any changes.
  • Organise the collection and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Prepare for team meetings by ensuring that all required documentation is organised & available in advance.
  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team
  • Perform any other requests deemed reasonable by the Operations Manager

The Successful Operations Coordinator:


  • Knowledge/experience of business administration
  • Experience of working in a supportive/team role within a professional environment
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills and able to prioritise and work under pressure
  • Excellent written communication and strong interpersonal skills to deal with individuals at various levels
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Full driving licence to travel crosssite
