    Job title: Corporate Solicitor, Southampton

    Salary: £50,000-£60,000

    PQE Level:2+PQE

    Contract Type: Permanent

    Working Hours: Full-time

    You will be joining a leading L500 law firm in their practical and driven corporate team. As a solicitor in the corporate team, you be working to achieve the objectives for a range of household name business clients. From day one you can expect to become involved in leading work within a highly collaborative team, client facing skills are a must as this firm does not shy away from letting its lawyers take on tasks and responsibilities and encourages them to build rapport with their active client base and provide clear and practical advice, in order to win your own work as you progress.

    As a valued member of the corporate client team, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with a cross-section of business owners and businesses
  • Handling day-to-day matters of:
  • Commercial contracts and policies
  • Supply and distribution agreements
  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Shareholders agreements
  • Restructuring and reorganisations To be considered for this role you will:
  • Have two years minimum post qualification experience of providing an excellent service for businesses on a range of corporate and commercial matters.
  • Have excellent communication and client care skills
  • Have Client-facing experience
  • Have Excellent verbal and written communication skills
