    Are you looking for a fresh new start in your pharmacy career? A role which allows you to develop your clinical competencies whilst delivering high quality patient care?

    The 3Sixty Care Partnership is a unique joint venture between a federation of 27 GP practices in Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough and East Northants and Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. 3Sixty are working together with five Primary Care Networks (PCNs), by bringing together health and care professionals to support them to deliver joined-up services, which we believe will lead to better quality care, better patient satisfaction and better outcomes.

    We are currently looking to recruit motivated and enthusiastic pharmacy technicians to join our forward-thinking team providing medicines knowledge, and information to support the safe and effective prescribing of medicines across the PCNs. The post holder will ensure that the practice integrates with community and hospital pharmacy to help utilise skill mix, improve patient outcomes, ensure better access to healthcare and help manage the medicines related workload in GP surgeries.

    Main duties of the job

    The roles involve working in a multi-disciplinary team in a patient-facing role as well as providing support to general practice staff with regards to prescription and medication queries. The successful candidates will provide support with medicines optimisation, medicines safety, quality improvement, clinical audits, staff training and manage some aspects of the quality and outcomes framework and enhanced services.

    Interested applicants will need to have current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council. We welcome applications from registered technicians working in all sectors of pharmacy. Full training will be provided including enrolment on the CPPE Primary Care Education Pathway, therefore, applicants will need to demonstrate a commitment to learning and development and an ability to adapt to different working environments.
