Our client, who deal with high-end deliveries, Fine Art and Removals, are currently seeking a Fine Art Operations Manager for their team based in London.

This is a great opportunity to join a progressive and growing company with an impeccable reputation for quality of service.

The company deal with high-end moves and art installations as well as working with Interior Designers.

The Fine Art Operations Manager is a key role within the business as they are primarily responsible for the running of the fleet and diary and liaise between the administration side and the crews and storage facilities.

You will be working closely with theDirector of the business and this is an ideal opportunity to develop your career.

As the Fine Art Operations Manager, your role will be to dealing with high end Removals and Fine Art installations.

Other duties of the Fine Art Operations Manager:

Overseeing vehicles, crew, jobs and installations
Allocating the correct amount of resources for each job and remaining within estimated costs
Ensure all art is handled with the utmost care
Ensure that the diary is always accurate and that the correct vehicles and men are allocated at any given time
Regularly analyse supplier costs to ensure we are getting the best price on maintenance and materials
Deal with staff training and development

You will have a good understanding of how to properly handle fragile items, and be familiar with basic art terminology.

Having excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with all levels of the public are good attributes for this role.
