Description

Chef de Partie OR Demi Chef de Partie (live in) required in Peterborough area for a fantastic Gastro pub and Restaurant, the meat and game they cook here is fantastic and you will learn skills about using game in this kitchen. Package is around £30,000 (basic £ £ service/tips). The team get on really well and full of energy.

The role
As a Chef de Partie and Demi Chef de Partie you will learn one of the sections to start with and then learn the other sections, they rotate the sections between the chefs to give everyone the chance to work with game. The food pictures are amazing, they are a young passionate team. You will prep your section, cook in service and ensure your section runs well. this role will include all the normal Chef de Partie and Demi Chef de Partie duties.

Experience
We are looking for a chef de partie and demi chef de partie with a passion for food and wanting to learn. They use great meats and game here, so you must want to love working with these types of ingredients. Own transport is required.

Demi Chef de Partie: £24K-£26K + £3K-£3.5K service
Chef de Partie: £26K-£28K + £3K-£3.5K service
Parking on site
due to the location and the live in offsite, own transport is required.
