Job Title: Cloud Team Lead

Location: Newcastle or Thatcham office, or remote

Salary: Up to circa £65,000 depending on skills and experience.

Wherever our customers are on their IT roadmap, we can support them, from a simple IT review to a full cloud migration and ongoing infrastructure support.

We operate out of three offices, Berkshire, Newcastle & Belfast, and have 150 employees across Cybit. We have great relationships with our vendors, and we're a Microsoft Gold Partner, AWS Advanced Consulting Partner, Qlik Elite Partner, Alteryx Premier Partner, Palo Alto Platinum Innovator, F5 Gold Partner, and more

What You'll Do

Our Cloud Team Lead will work closely with our Head of Delivery to aid smooth delivery of modern work and cloud solutions, primarily in the Microsoft Stack. You'll work as a direct report and escalation point for a team of Cloud Engineers delivery projects to our customers.

You will also act as a tech lead of customer work for our larger projects. This role can be roughly quantified as 60% technical delivery and 40% management.

We're looking for someone with

• A love for mentoring and coaching colleagues
• Experience in building and deploying Azure hosted solutions
• Experience in Microsoft 365 migrations, Mail, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams
• Experience in providing support of M365, Azure and Microsoft Infrastructure
• Previous leadership experience would be an advantage.
• Good stakeholder management experience
• Ideally possess, or desire to achieve certifications in Microsoft, Cloud or ITIL.
