Role Overview:

As the Investment Director , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the UK operations and driving the expansion of the portfolio in the region. You will lead the identification and acquisition of new companies within the UK while contributing to the overarching business development. Your responsibilities will include ownership and board membership of UK entities, strategic decision-making, and fostering growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hold positions on the boards of portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance and oversight of UK operations.
• Lead the identification and acquisition of new companies within the UK market
• Contribute to the overarching business development, leveraging industry expertise and market insights to drive growth initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to assess potential investment opportunities and execute transactions.

Candidate Profile:

• Business Insight : Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in a reputable consulting environment, complemented by line management and M&A experience in an industrial setting.
• Data Proficiency : Proven track record of analyzing data to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
• Industry Knowledge : Thorough understanding of industrial trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
• Local Expertise : Familiarity with the UK market and language proficiency are essential, enabling effective engagement with local stakeholders and opportunities.
