Our client is a B2B service provider who is currently looking to expand its M&A activity in the US and therefore needs the support of a transaction services consultant in identifying suitable targets.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years' experience in transaction services experience gained in a mid-tier or boutique consulting firm.
• Financial analysis/modelling skills.
• Ability to identify suitable targets and initiating introductory conversations.
• Previous in-house M&A experience is preferred.

• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: 3 months
• Location: Hybrid (3 office days in Northeast Wales)
• Day rate: up to £350 PAYE/ £500 LTD, depending on experience
