About the Role Ambrose Avenue Group Practicehas a fantastic opportunity for an advanced nurse practitioner to join our team and be part of a team that makes a difference. You will be supported by a diverse, multi skilled, professional team of clinical and non clinical staff providing high quality, person centred, holistic nursing care. You will provide a first point of contact for patients presenting with undifferentiated, undiagnosed problems, using skills in history taking, physical examination, problem-solving and clinical decision-making to establish a diagnosis management plan. You will work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary practice team to meet the patient's needs.
