To achieve this goal, your functions will be the following:

• Checking and handling import documentation and arrange payment with accounts for vendor invoices
• Distribution and filing of Shipping Documentation to relevant departments and freight forwarders
• Ensure all correct product, PO and vendor information is maintained on the computer system
• Monitoring of container tracking system and requesting updates/amends where necessary
• Communicating any delays or changes in deliveries with relevant departments
• Maintain and update buying systems and methods as required
• Updating spreadsheets and running reports
• Assist with Packaging Waste Data collection and reporting
• Handle sample requirements

The knowledge you should bring to Jumbo Group to take our services to the next level is:

• 2 years working in Supply Chain
• ERP knowledge
• Strong office and Excel skills required
• Excellent communication skills
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Import administration experience
• Knowledge of import documentation and procedures
