Position Overview
Our client stands out as a key player in Commercial and Corporate Litigation, Civil Investigations, Dispute Resolution, and Insolvency, offering counsel to multinational companies and high-profile individuals.
The firm aims to enhance its services by expanding the Restructuring & Insolvency division and is in search of a motivated individual to spearhead this development through personal connections and networks. This role involves providing advice in both contentious and non-contentious matters to stakeholders in financially strained scenarios and representing insolvency practitioners.
Benefiting from established relationships and clientele, the firm has recently taken on several insolvency cases, seeking a professional who can hit the ground running while aiding in the expansion and advancement of the practice.
