A newly created role working as an Operations Analyst for a global family office (based in London).

You will be reporting into a US team to support with the smooth running of the family business and provide data analytics, presentations and solutions to problems before they happen.

The role is extremely varied but below will give you a flavor of key responsibilities:

• Support operations team in managing reports for compensation discussions with Operations, Finance, and CaptainsReal Estate and Yacht BudgetsAssist in gathering information from Business Need Managers to identify budget/planning assumptions for key business driversHost follow up meetings with respective teams/individuals as necessaryPartner with Finance and Operations to review budget assumptionsSpecial ProjectsAssist with special projects at the direction of CEO, Managing Director of Business Operations and Directors
• Inventory, support and creation of business case proposals for properties, create reporting tools for the growing business needs etc.
• Support Director of Admin on special projectsThe successful candidate must live within reach of London and have the following skills.
